Responsibilities for the Private Equity positions will include a broad spectrum of strategic, financial and accounting matters affecting private equity clients and the organization’s institution-backed funds. Our client is seeking individuals who have deep private equity and experience in areas such as transactions, portfolio management, and fundraising.

The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5-10 years of experience within the financial services industry, including significant financial and operating experience in private equity. Also, the successful candidates may have held senior marketing and operating positions in large and small enterprises. A premium is placed on analytical rigor and intensity, innovation and discipline, and client focus. Additional desired requirements/skills will include:

• Ability to recognize business opportunities, conceptualize solutions, and deliver value
• Demonstrated accomplishments in the development of sales and growth results
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Financial statement preparation, quarterly/year-end accounting closings, calculating partner allocations, and/or audit experience
• Prior experience interacting and communicating with clients, limited partners, investor relations
• Knowledge of US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and other comprehensive basis of accounting including financial statement preparation
• Licenses as expected for the position of interest

While a BS in a related field is required, an MBA is highly preferred. Location is negotiable for certain positions.
