The responsibilities of the Practice Leader will include forging new client relationships as well as managing existing client relationships. Practice Leaders will oversee engagements and guide the development of solutions and recommendations for clients. The individual will drive marketing and intellectual capital development, as well as influencing and shaping culture through partnering, leadership, and mentoring/coaching.
The ideal candidate will have at least eight years of senior level strategy and operations consulting experience from a world renowned strategy consulting firm. An MBA or graduate degree in a related field is required. Excellent leadership and strategy development skills are essential. Extensive people, project, and client management experience is expected, in addition to superior analytical skills demonstrated by a track record of thought leadership and problem-solving. Candidates must have the ability to analyze issues and problems using qualitative and quantitative research skills. The position is located in California.
