Building a Reputation On-Line

Thursday, September 27, 2007 - If you remember from an earlier post, I mentioned the importance of creating an online persona in the Relationship Economy with a good reputation. Doing anything less could spell disaster for you, your career, and your business. But how?

As I explained in the post, ebay has established a means of “rating” its members. Vendors strive to maintain a high rating because if it falls below 93% (positive feedback), there is less likelihood that they will be able to auction their “stuff” off.
